Exchange & Return Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. As long as there is no damage on the product(s). Art items, Jewelry and Limited editions are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Returns and refunds are accepted only in the case of damage or defects. Returns/Exchanges carry an 18% re-stocking fee, shipping is also at the cost of the customer.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at mensch@meshugge.org. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Disclaimer: We are a small jewish brand, we are not Amazon or Zara. We are not responsible if customers enter a wrong address or do not provide us with a phone number. We are not responsible for whatever issues arise from the shipping provider or if they deliver at the wrong address - we can just facilitate the troubleshooting of those issues for our customers. After 30 days of initial purchase all claims can be denied and are at the discretion of management. It is the customer's responsibility to check tracking, make sure a package isn't being held at a local post office, and/or to contact the shipping company in case of issues.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
